the front desk staff was helpful. jyoti accommodated my late check-out. the room's ac was easy to adjust. i appreciate the breakfast choices available each day. the vacuuming in the rooms was also done well. the staff let me check in early, helpful. they also allowed me an extra hour at check-out. i found the check-out process easy with two options available.

The location is superb. It is close to the metro station and deira city center mall. i found the staff to be very helpful, especially the reception staff. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the efficient check-in process. the breakfast was delicious too. There were many options to choose from.
the ac remote made a slight noise throughout the night, it was a minor disturbance to my sleep.

my standard twin room featured two comfortable beds and a functional layout, which supported my needs for a short business stay. the room included a work desk, a chair, and sufficient lighting for working. i also appreciated that the room was cleaned daily and maintained well.
